A few years ago SJ Janis completed a whole house remodel for our  lake home which was last remodeled in the 1960’s.  The results were amazing.  Their vision, skillful execution and attention to detail improved our house beyond our expectations.  Recently we contacted them on an unrelated repair issue to get a referral.  Very shortly thereafter a contractor called and within a couple days our problem was repaired at a very reasonable cost. We were looking to tear down a main level porch and replace with either a 3 season or 4 season room. With the help of Casey and his team they were creative customizing our new fabulous 4 season room. They were nothing short of amazing with every facet during the construction. Their workers were super nice, cleaned up every day and were respectful of our family space each day. The time line they laid out for us from start to finish was spot on. We never looked back when considering other contractors. We are extremely happy we chose S.J. Janis for our project. S.J. Janis was very responsive when I called to have a garage roof beam inspected that was splitting. It is the main beam in the garage. The carpenter came in terrible weather to inspect and followed-up the next day with two 14 foot 2x4 to support the beam to ensure our roof didn't collapse. Their responsiveness and professionalism is greatly appreciated as we determine the best solution to the problem.
