About the Elm Grove Whole-House Remodel & Addition

The client, who grew up in this house, decided to remodel the entire home with a fresh, new look. Modern amenities similar to new home construction were requested while maintaining the original 1940s charm. A new sunroom addition on the first floor with a walk-out to the back patio can be seen, along with a primary suite addition on the second floor.

The primary bedroom part of the addition also offers a beautiful walk-out deck area to enjoy morning coffee in the sun. As an added bonus, the updated first-floor plan now allows for superior traffic flow from the kitchen.
