Milwaukee Attic Conversion
These clients wanted to update the partially finished attic space, and add a full bath, while maximizing functional floor space without adding dormers and costs associated with that. The goal was to emphasize and the architectural lines of the room and maximize its ceiling heights. The exposed plumbing and HVAC mechanicals needed to be removed. His and her closets were added, along with a sitting area, and an abundance of natural light from three solar skylights. Two barn doors were configured in the space while Red River Hickory Luxury Vinyl flooring adds the cohesive touch throughout the second floor.
