Janis expands his company’s services in the summertime, providing carpentry as well as siding and roofing projects for his heating clients.
S.J. Janis relocates office to 3127 W. Greenfield Ave.
Gary Sannes joins S.J. Janis as a sales representative.
S.J. Janis sells the Standard Heating Company and relocates S.J. Janis to 3228 W. National Ave.
Gary Sannes becomes the owner of S.J. Janis and incorporates the company with the goal of expanding business from home improvements to remodeling.
Sannes hires the company’s first full-time Salesperson.
Sannes was elected President of the Milwaukee NARI Home Improvement Council.
S.J. Janis is inducted into the “Big 50” remodeling industry hall of fame.
Sannes was elected President of the Milwaukee NARI Foundation.
S.J. Janis won its first Wisconsin Remodelers Award from NARI and has won an award every year since 1989.
Sannes hires the company’s first full-time In-House Director of Design.
Sannes hires the company’s first full-time Production Manager.
We relocated our office to 11501 W. North Avenue in Wauwatosa, doubling our office space.
S.J. Janis has (5) Certified Remodelers on staff.
Sannes was awarded the NARI National Professionalism Award.
The S.J. Janis Company won the Standards of Excellence Award form the Metropolitan Builders Association.
