Janis was very responsive when I called to have a garage roof beam inspected that was splitting. It is the main beam in the garage. The carpenter came in terrible weather to inspect and followed-up the next day with two 14 foot 2x4 to support the beam to ensure our roof didn't collapse. Their responsiveness and professionalism is greatly appreciated as we determine the best solution to the problem.
